I was lucky enough to go see the Patriots’ come-from-behind victory yesterday over the San Diago Chargers in Foxboro. It was a fantastic game. I took a few pictures with my cell phone, and I’ve posted them below.
I’m going to try to post a little video I made…
If it works, I’ll leave it up for a while. If you would be so kind, please RIGHT click it (the right mouse button) and select something like save as, or save target as or something like that.
Keep in mind, the file is pretty big (about 30MB) and it might take a while to download.
This picture was taken on Sunday by Misty. I am amazed at how beautiful it is, it looks like a Hallmark card.
Thanks Misty!!!

This is tilt shifting photography. It makes it look like the pictures are of small toys. But they’re real life subjects…

According to the actuary tables used by life insurance companies, John McCain has about a 30% chance of suffering a fatal illness during what would be his first term as president. That would mean that Sarah Palin would be the President of the United States of America.
When Sarah was a little girl, it appears she dreamed of becoming the President! Oh wait, no that’s not right. Apparently she wanted to be a beauty pageant queen…
My daughter, Jamie, took a video during the Building Of The Deck that she just thinks is the funniest thing she ever saw. She wants it posted to Poiriers.com….. Here it is
Hi! We put a new deck onto the side of Brandon and Donna’s house! Danny Dubois was a slave driver, using harse words, short patience, and suitibly condescending tone to get two incompetents like Bryan Dube and yours truly to actually do some passable work. Not much work, mind you, but just enough to help him and Ralph Ferra Jr. get the job done in an acceptable amount of time.
My daughter, Jamie, took lots of pictures, and even a few grainy and shakey movies with her camera. I’m glad she remembered to bring it with her! Thanks Jamie!
And an even bigger thanks to Danny Dubois who obtained all the material (some donated, some purchased out of his own pockets) to construct the deck, and a huge thank you to eveyone who showed up to help.
Here are some pictures and maybe a movie or two…
- aren’t they cute?!
